Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We offer two US shipping methods:  

Standard Delivery or 2 Day Express Delivery. 

However, these shipping time frames depend on where you are located. 

For Express Shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00pm local time to be dispatched on that day and be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after 12:00pm local time will be fulfilled by the next working day. Please note that while most orders aim to be delivered within 2 business days of dispatch, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in that time frame. 

Please note we are unable to offer Express Shipping to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military addresses.

Please allow 1 working day from the order date for our warehouse team to pack and dispatch your order. For orders placed after 12pm Friday local time, these will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on weekends as delivery schedules vary by courier. 

If an incorrect address is applied at checkout, there are no guarantees that this can be amended before it is dispatched. Please get in touch immediately to see whether this is possible. We will not be able to refund any orders that are made to incorrect addresses. If you wish to get a parcel redelivered once it is returned to us, this would be subject to a $10 charge. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address. Sculpd is not responsible for lost/stolen orders that have been left in a designated safe place. We cannot post to PO Boxes. 

We are unable to offer this service to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO boxes.
